YeastWiz was developed as part of CCNet's involvement in the EU Integrated Project 3D Repertoire. It provides a networked based view of all information relevant for yeast proteins participating in protein complexes and protein-protein interactions, in addition to thousands of chemicals having some effect on the proteins involved.
