Dr Gordana Apic, Chairman of the Board
Gordana is a co-founder of CCNet who served as a CEO of CCNet until 2005. She holds a PhD in
Computational Biology from the University of Cambridge, UK and an MSc in Molecular
Biology from University of Heidelberg, Germany. Gordana is currently leading a reasearch team at EMBL in the
field of bioactive peptides and predictive systems based on the network context.

Dr Trevor Jarman, Director of Operations
Trevor specialises in the formation and development of companies in the biotechnology and healthcare industries. He is also involved in Novexin and his previous successful companies include Alizyme plc, PNA Diagnostics A/S and Natures Remedies Ltd.

Dr Frank Bonner, VP Toxicology
Frank has held several senior positions in the pharmaceutical and contract research industries over the past 25 years, including the Senior Director of Toxicology Sterling Winthrop Pharmaceuticals in 1982 (where he established a pre-clinical drug safety testing facility), and Scientific Director of the Sanofi UK Research Centre. Frank was chairman of the British Toxicology Society for many years and on many committees of the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry.

Susan Dixon, Company Legal Secretary
Susan holds and MBA, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. She is an affiliate of the Institute of Personnel & Development. She has experience of many commercial environments including venture capital, retailing, industrial & consumer manufacturing. She has been on various committees to monitor and formulate regulation within the UK and the EU. Among her former clients and employers are British Sugar, Electra Fleming, Granada, the Institute of Personnel and Development and Morgan Grenfell.
